To that end, the System strongly encourages qualified minority, female, disabled, and veteran-owned firms to submit bids for this project.
A bidder’s preparation and submittal of a bid or subsequent participation in presentations or contract negotiations creates no obligation on the System to award a contract or to pay any associated costs. All bidders must be prequalified with TRS. Prospective bidders must submit a completed copy of Contractor’s Qualification Statement (AIA Form A305) to the architect no later than February 12, 2025. Bids not accompanied by a bid bond will be rejected.
